If you watched your mother lose her memory, don’t wait to protect your brain.

Brain changes associated with dementia begin decades before a diagnosis. For women, that is midlife — which means the window to act is now.

Protect your brain with a personalized clinical program designed for your unique biology.

Dr Manna Semby ND

You Belong Here If:

Your brain doesn’t feel like it used to. You’re forgetting names, losing words, struggling to focus, feeling more anxious, or sleeping poorly. You find yourself asking, “Is this stress? Menopause? Aging? Or something else?”

You have a nagging sense that something isn’t quite right, but you don’t know where to turn, who to trust, or what steps, if any, you should be taking.

You have a complex health history, unique risk factors, or unanswered questions, and you’re looking for an approach that considers the whole picture rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Your Family History Matters. But It Is Not Your Destiny.

What Many Women Believe

If brain decline runs in my family, there isn’t much I can do.

If a drug can’t prevent it, nothing can.

If I carry ApoE4, my future is already written.

What We Understand today

Personalized, comprehensive approaches have been proven to improve the brain health of most participants in recent clinical studies.

Brain health is influenced by many interconnected factors, which explains why comprehensive approaches often outperform single interventions.

Genetics influence risk, but they do not determine outcome. Most people who develop dementia do not have ApoE4, and many people with ApoE4 never develop dementia.

Take control of your cognitive future

Pensive Woman
  • If thinking about your brain health feels frightening, you’re not alone. Many women avoid the topic—not because they don’t care, but because they care so much. The possibility of cognitive decline can feel overwhelming, making it easier to look away, stay busy, and hope for the best.
  • But avoiding the question doesn’t answer it. Waiting may feel safer in the moment, but it doesn’t provide clarity, reduce uncertainty, or change the future.
  • The women who ask the hardest questions are often the ones most ready to take meaningful action. You do not have to be certain. You do not have to have all the answers. The only thing you have to decide is that your future is worth protecting.

Dr. Manna: Committed to Your Care

Dr Manna Semby ND

Dr. Manna’s experience of menopause—combined with the intense “chemo brain” that followed chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer—gave her a firsthand understanding of how frightening it can be when your brain no longer feels like yours.

Unwilling to accept that brain fog, memory changes, and cognitive decline were simply things women had to endure, she dedicated her career to understanding the factors that influence brain health and what can be done to protect it.

Today, Dr. Manna combines advanced training in functional medicine, menopause care, and cognitive health, including certification through The Menopause Society and Apollo Health’s ReCODE program, with a deeply personal understanding of what is at stake.

Her mission is to help women gain clarity, take meaningful action, and protect the independence, identity, and future they have worked so hard to build.

Proof: Annie’s Story

52 years old with a grandmother who had died of dementia and a mother beginning to show signs of cognitive decline.

Before We Worked Together

After Six Months

Menopause symptoms were poorly controlled, with ongoing bleeding that had become difficult to manage.

Hormones optimized and menopause symptoms significantly improved.

Taking both an antidepressant and a sleep medication.

No longer taking either medication.

High anxiety, poor sleep, poor digestion, joint pains were a daily struggle.

Sleeping well, anxiety settled, digestive health fixed, and joint pain resolved.

Brain fog so severe that she often could not remember important details during appointments and had to inform me later.

Thinking clearly again, with improved focus, memory, and mental energy.

Burnout and cognitive fatigue had become so overwhelming that she quit working altogether.

Waking up with energy, feeling capable and resourceful, and back to work part-time.

Felt frightened about her future and no longer trusted her brain.

Confident, hopeful, and trusting herself again.
