The Stay Sharp Masterclass
If you watched your mother lose her memory, don’t wait to protect your brain.

What Are Your Symptoms Trying to Tell You?
Many women are told that brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, and loss of focus are simply part of getting older.
This is incorrect. These symptoms are clues that your brain needs help.
In this masterclass, you’ll discover:

A New Way of Thinking About Brain Health
Many women believe they have only two choices:
Research increasingly suggests there is a third option.
Many of the factors that influence brain health — including sleep, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, cardiovascular health, environmental exposures, and genetics — can be evaluated and addressed long before serious problems develop.
The earlier you understand what is influencing your brain health, the more opportunities you have to take meaningful action.
Annie’s Story

What Annie Was Experiencing
When Annie came to see me, she was 52 years old and deeply worried about what was happening to her brain.
Her grandmother had died with dementia, and her mother was beginning to show signs of cognitive decline. At the same time, Annie was struggling with severe brain fog, anxiety, poor sleep, and overwhelming fatigue.
What We Discovered
Her symptoms were not random.
Multiple factors were affecting how she felt and how her brain functioned, including hormonal changes, poor sleep, chronic stress, and other underlying health challenges that had never been addressed as part of a bigger picture.
How Our Work Together Changed Annie’s Future
As we addressed the factors driving her symptoms, everything began to change. Her sleep improved. Her anxiety settled. The mental fatigue lifted. She began waking up with energy again and feeling like herself for the first time in years.
By the end of our work together, Annie had returned to work and regained confidence in her brain, her health, and her future.
