A live, interactive 90-minute masterclass with Dr. Manna Semby, the Menopause Brain Doctor.

You’re working, managing your life and taking care of the people and things that matter to you.
But somewhere along the way, you have stopped feeling like yourself.
Usually, it isn’t just one thing but a combination of a few which require intelligent untangling.
You may have found yourself wondering:
Most women have had bloodwork in the last year.
That’s where we’ll start.
Bring your laboratory results from within the past 12 months.
You won’t upload them.
You won’t share them with the group.
And I won’t interpret your individual results.
Instead, you’ll follow along privately as I reveal each of the 10 biomarkers.

Why it made
my list.
What it helps
us understand.
Why it can matter particularly in midlife
What it can‘t
tell us by itself.
Why the same result might lead me to ask different questions in two different women.
Why “in range” doesn’t always answer the question we’re actually asking.
And, importantly, I’ll show you why I rarely think about one number in isolation.
Your cardiovascular health doesn’t live in one box while menopause lives in another. Your metabolic health isn’t disconnected from your future brain health. Your genetics don’t operate independently of everything else about you.
A single “normal” or “abnormal” number is rarely the whole story.
If you don’t have recent labs, that’s okay too.
You can still participate fully—and you’ll leave knowing more about what information may be worth discussing the next time you see your doctor.
That’s where the larger health picture begins to emerge.
I want to spend some time specifically with you.
Many of the women who come to see me have watched a mother, father or another close relative develop dementia.
And inevitably they wonder:
“What does that mean for me?”
Family history matters.
But family history is not destiny.
And brain health isn’t something that exists separately from the rest of your health.

In addition to the 10 midlife biomarkers, I’ll introduce newer brain biomarkers that I consider in selected situations.
I’ll explain what kinds of questions they may help us explore, their limitations, and why I don’t believe every woman should simply go out and order every new test that becomes available.
Time to understand
Time to ask questions
Time to investigate
Time to make changes
Early doesn’t mean alarmed. Early means informed.
And perhaps most importantly:
You’ll have a better idea of what should come next.
Bring your questions.
I’ll use polls throughout the interactive session so you can participate and see what other women in midlife are experiencing and wondering about.
We’ll spend time answering your general questions about what we’ve covered.
Because this is a group educational masterclass, I won’t interpret individual laboratory results, discuss personal medical histories, diagnose conditions or make individualized treatment recommendations.

I’m Dr. Manna Semby, ND, MSCP, IFMCP, founder of Aruna Personalized Medicine and the Menopause Brain Doctor.
I specialize in menopause and brain health, with advanced training in menopause and functional medicine and a particular focus on protecting cognitive health.
Medicine wasn’t my first career. I worked in finance at Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
After my children were diagnosed with autism as toddlers—and I found conventional answers deeply unsatisfying—I eventually went to medical school in my 40s to study naturopathic and functional medicine.
Before I turned 50, I went through burnout, menopause and breast cancer in the same period.
My experience as a patient reinforced something I had already begun to see in my clinical work: women are still not getting the full care they deserve.
Today I work with midlife women navigating menopause as the whole-body and brain transition that it is, as well as women with a family history of dementia who want to protect their brain health for the long run.
I believe health is the infrastructure for leadership.
And by leadership, I don’t simply mean what you do at work.
I mean having the agency and autonomy to direct your own life, make your own decisions and pursue what matters to you.
