Welcome to The Early Advantage™
You’ve got the Early Advantage™ Health Blueprint!
Congratulations on purchasing your Early Advantage™ Health Blueprint — one giant step towards greater health clarity.

What happens next?
1. You will receive informed consent and agreement by email. Please review and sign it as soon as you can.
2. As soon as your informed consent is received, your laboratory kit will be drop-shipped to you.
3. You will also receive phlebotomy instructions and arrange your fasting blood draw as soon as possible.
4. While we wait for results, you will complete your pre-visit information:
- personal medical history;
- family history;
- medications;
- supplements;
- top three concerns;
- IFM Medical Symptom Questionnaire.
5. After the phlebotomy draw, you will receive a calendar link to schedule your clinical assessment — approximately three weeks out, to allow for laboratory turnarounds.
6. We will meet for your 75-minute consultation and discussion of personalized Health Plan as well as next steps.
