Functional. Compassionate. Data-driven.
A new model of care for women in midlife who are ready to rebuild their health intelligently.
Understanding My Approach
1. Why do I feel awful but my doctor says I’m fine?
Because conventional medicine is designed to diagnose disease, not optimize health. When your labs fall within “normal” ranges but you’re struggling with brain fog, exhaustion, mood swings, or weight gain, you’re told you’re “fine” — even though you clearly aren’t.
What’s actually happening: Your body is experiencing the complex hormonal, metabolic, and neurological shifts of midlife. These changes often don’t show up in basic lab panels, and most doctors aren’t trained to recognize or address the early stages of decline.
The gap: There’s a massive space between “diseased” and “thriving” where most midlife women live. Conventional medicine doesn’t have tools for this in-between space, but functional medicine does.
Why you’re here: You intuitively know something is off, and you’re right. Your symptoms are real, they’re connected, and they’re your body asking for different support during this major biological transition.
You deserve a doctor who believes your symptoms are real and knows exactly how to address them — not dismiss them.re — because it gives your body (and mind) the attention they’ve always needed.
🎥 Watch my short video Your NEW Chapter Begins Here to understand exactly how I help you.
2. What is Functional Medicine?
As the “father” of functional medicine Dr. Jeff Bland likes to say, it is the opposite of “dysfunctional medicine.”
Functional medicine is root-cause medicine. Instead of chasing symptoms, we investigate why your body is out of balance — and how to restore it.
We look at how your hormones, brain, gut, metabolism, thyroid, immune system, and environment interact. This systems approach allows us to personalize care based on data and context — not just diagnosis codes.
3. What are your credentials and experience?
I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor and certified functional medicine doctor (through IFM) specializing in menopause (MSCP – Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) and cognitive health with the ReCODE Protocol™. My practice focuses exclusively on midlife women because this population faces unique challenges that conventional medicine often overlooks.
I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the intricate connections between hormones, brain health, and aging — and helping women navigate this transition with clarity and confidence rather than fear and confusion.
4. What makes the Aruna Method different?
The Aruna Method is my systematic 3-phase approach that treats your health as the complex, interconnected system it actually is — not a collection of isolated symptoms.
PHASE 1: ASSESS We investigate every factor that could be affecting your brain, hormones, and metabolism. This goes far beyond basic labs to include cognitive testing, genetic analysis, environmental toxins, stress patterns, sleep architecture, and gut-brain communication. I want to understand not just what’s happening, but why it’s happening and what’s driving it.
PHASE 2: REBUILD Using your unique data, we systematically restore your biological foundations through precision nutrition, targeted supplementation, hormone optimization, nervous system regulation, and proven cognitive health protocols like ReCODE™. Everything is personalized to your genetics, lifestyle, and goals — never cookie-cutter approaches.
PHASE 3: OPTIMIZE We track measurable outcomes and fine-tune your protocols based on real data — biomarker trends, cognitive performance, sleep quality, energy levels, and quality of life metrics. This ensures your improvements last and adapt as your life evolves.
What this means for you: Every intervention is designed for measurable, sustainable results. We don’t just hope you feel better — we track objective improvements and adjust until we achieve the outcomes you want.
It’s the difference between hope and strategy — between managing symptoms and actually solving them with measurable success.
5. What is your philosophy of care?
My philosophy is built on one fundamental belief: midlife women deserve healthcare that honors both their intelligence and their humanity.
You are not a collection of symptoms. You’re a whole person with a story, a family, dreams, and decades of life ahead of you. Your health concerns aren’t character flaws or inevitable aging — they’re your body asking for different support during a complex biological transition.
Depth over speed. Real transformation takes time, data, and partnership. I don’t offer offer 15-minute Band-Aid solutions when you need comprehensive rebuilding. Your health deserves the same level of investigation and precision you’d expect for any important project in your life.
Science and compassion. Every recommendation is grounded in the latest research and personalized to your unique biology. But data without compassion is incomplete care. I combine evidence-based protocols with deep understanding of what you’re actually experiencing as a woman in midlife.
True partnership. You know your body better than anyone. My role is to provide expertise, advanced testing, and proven frameworks — then work with you to create sustainable solutions that fit your real life, not an idealized version of it.
Biology and belief. When we restore your sleep, energy, mental clarity, and hormone balance, we’re also rebuilding your confidence and self-trust. You shouldn’t have to choose between feeling good in your body and trusting your own experience.
This means: You’ll never be dismissed, rushed, or told you’re “fine” when you’re clearly not. Every concern is taken seriously, every protocol is explained, and every outcome is measured.
Because you deserve to feel like yourself again — only stronger.
6. How is this different from seeing an endocrinologist?
Endocrinologists are trained in hormone replacement, but many are not experienced in Menopausal Hormonal Replacement Therapy. They might refer you to a Gynecologist. They also don’t address the gut-brain axis, detoxification, nutrition, or the complex interplay between all your systems.
I look at hormones as part of your psycho-neuro-endocrine-immunology (PNEI) system. We address your body’s needs holistically instead of in silos to build the foundation for lasting change.
7. Why is conventional medicine behind on brain health and dementia prevention?
Because conventional medicine waits for disease to happen. Brain changes begin 20–30 years before a diagnosis, often around perimenopause — yet most clinicians aren’t trained to detect or reverse them early.
In my practice, we integrate the latest neuroscience, hormone research, and functional lab testing to identify the early whispers of brain decline and stop them before they become irreversible. This is proactive, precision care, not crisis management.
My Programs
8. What programs do you offer?
I work exclusively through concierge programs — no single visits, because meaningful transformation takes time and partnership.
9. Tell me about the Brain Clarity & Resilience program.
🧠 Brain Clarity & Resilience (Rebuild) – 9 months
Protect and restore your most precious asset — your mind. This intensive 9-month program is for women who want to prevent or reverse early cognitive decline and enter their later decades with mental clarity and confidence.
Using the evidence-based ReCODE Protocol™ integrated with my Aruna Method™, we address every factor that influences brain health — from hormone optimization and gut-brain axis restoration to mitochondrial support, detoxification, and cognitive enhancement.
My greatest privilege is guiding women from the fear of “losing themselves” to the confidence of knowing their minds will serve them for decades to come.
See Programs page for more details.
10. Tell me about the Intelligent Perimenopause/Menopause program.
🌸 Intelligent Perimenopause/Menopause – 6 months
Midlife doesn’t have to mean decline. This intensive program treats perimenopause and menopause as the complex biological transition it is — not just “low hormones” requiring a simple patch.
We address the intricate connections between hormone fluctuations, metabolic changes, brain chemistry, gut health, and stress response to restore sleep, energy, cognitive sharpness, emotional resilience, libido, and metabolic function. The result: you feel like yourself again, only stronger.
See Programs page for more details.
11. Tell me about the Foundations of Health Gut & Metabolism program.
🔥 Gut / Metabolism program – 3 months
Not ready for a 6- or 9-month commitment? This foundational program is designed for you.
In three focused months, we optimize the core systems that impact everything else — gut health, metabolism, and fundamental biochemistry. These are the building blocks that support hormone balance, cognitive function, and sustained energy.
This program gives you a clear taste of my approach and methodology while delivering meaningful results. Many women discover this foundation work resolves issues they didn’t even realize were connected, while preparing them for deeper transformation if they choose to continue.
See Programs page for more details.
12. What makes your programs different from other doctors or telemedicine?
Most telehealth platforms use cookie-cutter protocols — one-size-fits-all hormone dosing without understanding your full biology.
My programs are fully personalized, data-driven, and iterative. We monitor your labs, hormones, sleep, mood, and cognitive performance, and adjust step by step until we find what works for you.
You’re never a number here. You’re a full human being with a story, a family, and a future — and that’s how we approach your care.
13. I’ve tried functional medicine before and was overwhelmed. How is this different?
Many functional medicine practitioners dump massive protocols on patients without proper guidance or support. I believe in intelligent implementation — we introduce changes gradually, with clear priorities and ongoing support.
You’ll never feel abandoned with a 50-page protocol. Every step is explained, supported, and adjusted based on your response and capacity.
Results & Timeline
14. How quickly will I see results?
Every woman’s timeline is unique, but here’s what most patients experience:
- First 30 days: Improved sleep quality and initial energy shifts as we optimize basic foundations
- 60-90 days: Noticeable improvements in mood, mental clarity, and energy as hormones begin to balance
- 3-6 months: Significant transformation in metabolism, cognitive sharpness, and overall vitality
The beauty of our longer programs is that we’re building sustainable change, not temporary fixes. Real transformation takes time, but every step forward is measurable and meaningful.
15. What kind of results do your patients typically see?
My patients consistently experience measurable improvements in:
- Sleep quality and restorative rest
- Energy that lasts throughout the day
- Mental clarity and cognitive sharpness
- Mood stability and emotional resilience
- Metabolic function and body composition
- Confidence and self-trust
We rebuild physiology and self-trust — at the same time.
16. What if my symptoms get worse?
This can happen as your body adjusts to new protocols, especially in the first few weeks. This can especially happen as we mobilize toxins that have long been hiding in your body. I prepare you for this possibility and monitor you closely during any transition periods.
We adjust dosing, timing, and support to minimize discomfort while your body finds its new balance. You’re never left wondering if what you’re experiencing is normal.
So the symptoms may worsen temporarily before they improve and that is why we go low and slow to ensure your comfort is ensured.
17. What if I my condition has progressed too much to see real improvement?
I’ve worked with women in their 70s who’ve seen remarkable cognitive and energy improvements. Your body has an incredible capacity for healing when given the right support.
While earlier intervention is ideal, it’s rarely “too late” to experience meaningful improvement in how you think, feel, and function.
Hormone Concerns
18. My doctor won’t prescribe hormones saying they will cause cancer.
Find another doctor.
This fear stems from outdated interpretation of the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study from 2002, which has been largely debunked by subsequent research and reanalysis.
Current evidence shows:
- Bioidentical estradiol does NOT increase breast cancer risk, and may actually be protective
- The original WHI study used synthetic hormones (Premarin/Prempro) that we don’t typically use today
- Transdermal estrogen carries lower risks than oral forms
- Individual risk assessment matters more than blanket fears
The real cancer conversation should include:
- Your personal and family history
- Your metabolism and detoxification capacity
- The type, dose, and delivery method of hormones
- Your baseline risk factors and protective factors
- Your quality of life, informed consent and your choice
Many doctors haven’t updated their knowledge since 2002. The Menopause Society and International Menopause Society now support individualized hormone therapy for appropriate candidates.
The question isn’t whether hormones cause cancer — it’s whether the right hormones, in the right form, for the right person, with proper monitoring, provide more benefit than risk.
19. My doctor won’t prescribe hormones because I am more than 10 years out of menopause.
The “10-year rule” is an oversimplified interpretation of the timing hypothesis that doesn’t reflect current evidence or individualized care.
What the research actually shows:
- The timing hypothesis suggests starting closer to menopause is better for cardiovascular health
- This doesn’t mean women past 10 years can’t benefit or safely use hormones
- Individual health status matters more than arbitrary timelines
- Many women successfully start hormones well beyond 10 years with proper evaluation
What matters more than timing:
- Your current cardiovascular health
- Your bone health and fracture risk
- Your symptom severity and quality of life
- Your individual risk factors and metabolism
- Proper screening before initiation
The reality: Blanket rules ignore individual circumstances. A healthy 65-year-old may be a better candidate than a 52-year-old with multiple risk factors.
Proper evaluation includes cardiovascular screening, bone density, comprehensive labs, and risk-benefit analysis — not just counting years since menopause.
Your symptoms and quality of life matter. Age alone shouldn’t disqualify you from treatment that could significantly improve your health and wellbeing.
20. I tried HRT before but I’m still suffering. Can you help?
Yes — and this is one of the most common reasons women seek me out. You may have been prescribed the right hormones, but the wrong form, dose, or timing — or without addressing your need and ability to detox, thyroid, gut, iron, or metabolic resilience.
We refine all of it together. HRT works best inside a balanced system — and that’s exactly what we rebuild.
21. Should I get HRT from a telemedicine company?
It’s easy to get a patch or a cream online. But without context — your genetics, thyroid, adrenal status, iron stores, detox capacity, or gut health — it’s just a guess.
Hormones are powerful, but they’re not magic on their own. Think of them as one instrument in an orchestra that must be tuned — not played solo.
22. I’m scared of hormone therapy. Are there other options?
Absolutely. Hormone support can include bioidentical hormones, but also targeted nutrition, specific supplements, nervous system support, and lifestyle modifications that naturally optimize your body’s hormone production.
We start where you’re comfortable and build from there. Many women are surprised by how much they can accomplish without traditional HRT.
23. I have a family or personal history of breast cancer. Can I still take HRT?
Possibly, yes. Newer data and The Menopause Society now support individualized, carefully monitored HRT use in select women with breast cancer history or higher genetic risk.
We assess your personal risk, metabolism, and genetics first, and build a safety-informed plan tailored to you. There are many ways to support hormones — not all involve estrogen.
24. My gynecologist already manages my hormones. Why do I need you?
Most gynecologists are trained in basic hormone replacement but rarely address the underlying causes of hormone imbalance or optimize the complex interactions between all your systems.
I can work collaboratively with your gynecologist or take over hormone management entirely — whatever serves your health best.
Brain Health & Family History
25. I’m afraid to start work on my brain. What if I find out something I can’t handle?
That fear is completely understandable. To me, knowledge is power. Most early cognitive changes are reversible — especially in midlife.
Our work is gentle, guided, and paced so you never feel overwhelmed. You’ll be supported at every step.
26. Is dementia really reversible?
Many cases of subjective and mild cognitive impairment and early decline are reversible when the root causes are addressed — hormones, insulin resistance, toxins, sleep, inflammation, and stress.
The ReCODE Protocol™ has documented hundreds of cases of measurable improvement. This is not hype. It’s hope, with data, evidence and lived experience.
27. My mother had Alzheimer’s. What’s my future?
Genetics load the gun, but lifestyle pulls the trigger. Having genetic risk factors doesn’t guarantee you’ll develop dementia — it means you need earlier, more targeted intervention.
We use the latest blood based biomarkers and genetic testing to understand your specific risks and build a personalized prevention plan that addresses your unique vulnerabilities.
28. What if I pass these problems to my daughters?
By acting now, you’re modeling healthy aging and potentially breaking generational patterns. Many of the interventions we implement can benefit your entire family.
I often see women inspire their daughters and sisters to take proactive steps toward their own health after witnessing their transformation.
29. How do I know if my brain changes are normal aging or something serious?
This is exactly what our cognitive testing and biomarkers help determine. We can distinguish between normal age-related changes and early pathological processes — and address both appropriately.
Most women are relieved to learn that what they’re experiencing is both common and treatable.
Complex Health Situations
30. I have a complicated medical history. Can you help?
Yes — in fact, that’s my specialty. I frequently work with women who have complex, overlapping conditions: autoimmunity, thyroid dysfunction, fatigue, post-cancer recovery, toxin exposure, metabolic issues, or early cognitive decline.
The beauty of a 6- or 9-month container is that it gives us time to untangle it all.
31. I’ve been on antidepressants for years. Will that interfere?
Not necessarily. Many women find that addressing underlying hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and inflammation allows them to optimize or even reduce their psychiatric medications (always with their prescribing physician’s guidance).
We work carefully with your existing medications and providers to ensure safe, coordinated care. Some medications can impact the brain adversely so we will evaluate all your medications from that perspective.
32. What if my regular doctor disagrees with your recommendations?
This happens occasionally, especially when conventional doctors aren’t familiar with functional medicine approaches or the ReCODE Protocol. I provide detailed explanations and research to support my recommendations.
Most importantly, you always maintain autonomy over your care decisions. I educate you thoroughly so you can make informed choices about your health.
Past Experiences & Skepticism
33. I’ve tried other doctors and wasn’t happy. What’s special about your practice?
What makes my work different is the combination of depth, compassion, and follow-through. We don’t stop at diagnosis or prescriptions — we build a relationship that supports your transformation.
My patients often say: “I finally feel seen, heard, and understood — not dismissed or rushed.”
That’s not a coincidence. It’s the result of time, trust, and a shared commitment to your healing.
34. What if this doesn’t work either?
I understand this fear — many women come to me after multiple disappointments. What’s different here is that we’re addressing root causes systematically, not just throwing treatments at symptoms.
If something isn’t working, we adjust the approach based on your response and new data. You’re never stuck with a protocol that isn’t serving you.
35. This sounds too good to be true. What’s the catch?
The “catch” is that this requires commitment — both from you and from me. Real transformation takes time, consistency, and partnership. It’s not a quick fix.
The investment is significant, and you’ll need to implement lifestyle changes. But for women ready to do the work, the results speak for themselves.
36. How do I know you’re not just selling expensive supplements?
Supplements should be supplemental. I prefer that you get your nutrition from real, organic food. Still, often we find that our food, lifestyle, or health condition require that we supplement.
Every supplement recommendation is based on your individual lab results and health goals. I also don’t believe in keeping you on supplements indefinitely. Each supplement is recommended for 2-3 months to evaluate its effectiveness for you. Only those from which you get definite benefit are recommended to be used long term.
Readiness & Commitment
37. What if I’m not ‘sick enough’ to need this kind of help?
You don’t have to be “sick” to deserve exceptional care. Some of my most successful patients come to me when they’re functioning well but know something isn’t optimal.
Prevention and optimization are just as valid as crisis management. In fact, the women who seek help before they’re in crisis often see the most dramatic transformations because we’re working with a stronger foundation.
If you’re questioning whether you need this level of support, the very fact that you’re here suggests your intuition is telling you something important. Trust that inner knowing.
38. What if I discover I need to make major life changes I’m not ready for?
This fear is completely understandable, and I want to reassure you: transformation doesn’t require upheaval.
Most of the changes we make are gradual, sustainable shifts in how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress. You’re always in control of what you’re ready to implement.
If deeper life changes become apparent, we discuss them openly. You’re never pressured to change anything you’re not ready for. Many women find that feeling better in their bodies actually makes any life decisions clearer and easier, not more overwhelming.
39. What if I can’t stick with the program?
This worry tells me you’ve probably tried things before that felt too hard to maintain. That’s exactly why my approach is different.
We build changes gradually, based on your capacity and lifestyle. If something isn’t working, we adjust it. The goal is sustainable transformation, not perfect adherence to rigid protocols.
Most women are surprised by how manageable the changes feel when they’re properly supported and implemented strategically. You won’t be alone in this.
40. What if I’m not ready to give this my full effort right now?
Perfectionism is often what keeps women stuck. You don’t need to be ready for “full effort” – you just need to be ready for “better effort” than you’re giving yourself now.
Some of my most successful patients started during chaotic life periods. We work with your real life, not an ideal version of it.
The question isn’t whether you can give 100% – it’s whether you’re ready to give yourself the compassionate, intelligent support you deserve, even if that starts at 60%.
41. How do I know this is the right choice and not just another expensive mistake?
I understand this fear deeply. Many women come to me after trying multiple approaches that didn’t work.
What’s different here is that we’re not guessing. We use comprehensive testing to understand exactly what your body needs, then monitor your response closely and adjust accordingly. You’re never stuck with a protocol that isn’t working.
During our strategy call, you’ll get a clear sense of my approach and whether it resonates with you. Trust your instincts about whether this feels different from what you’ve tried before.
42. What if I can’t handle the emotional work this might bring up?
Healing often involves processing emotions that have been stored in your body. But you’re never asked to do this work alone or all at once.
We pace everything according to your capacity. If emotional material surfaces, we address it gently and provide appropriate support resources. Many women find that the physical improvements actually give them more resilience for emotional healing.
You’ve already survived everything that brought you here. You’re stronger than you realize.
43. What if I don’t have enough mental energy for this right now?
This is one of the most common concerns I hear, and it’s often a symptom of exactly what we’re treating.
The early focus of our work is actually on restoring your mental energy and cognitive capacity. As your brain fog lifts and your energy improves, the program becomes easier to follow, not harder.
We start with the foundational changes that give you more energy to invest in your healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin – that’s what I’m here for.
Practical Details
44. Do you work with patients outside your local area?
Currently, I am licensed in the state of California. I work with women statewide through secure telemedicine platforms. Many of my patients prefer the convenience and privacy of virtual consultations, and the depth of care remains the same.
45. Can you prescribe hormones and other medications for me?
Yes. As a licensed naturopathic doctor and certified menopause and functional medicine practitioner, I prescribe bioidentical hormones, thyroid medications, and others when appropriate — always personalized, always monitored.
46. What type of labs do you do?
I frequently use Quest for continuity. I use Vibrant and other specialty functional labs for deeper insights — hormones, gut, toxins, nutrients, cognitive biomarkers, and genetics. All labs are chosen based on your unique physiology and goals.
Most functional labs are urine or stool samples that you collect according to detailed instructions included with test kits. I also use mobile phlebotomy where your blood can be drawn by a trained phlebotomist in the convenience of your home or office.
47. What if I live in a rural area with limited lab access?
We work with mobile phlebotomy services and mail-in testing options to ensure you can complete all necessary labs regardless of your location within California.
Most specialty functional medicine tests can be done from home with detailed collection instructions.
48. How often will we meet during the program?
Meeting frequency is personalized based on your needs and program. Typically, we meet every 2-4 weeks initially, then space visits further apart as you stabilize.
You also have concierge and direct messaging access to me between visits for questions and support.
49. What happens if I need to travel during my program?
Our virtual format makes travel easy to accommodate. We can adjust meeting times for different time zones and modify protocols for travel when needed.
Many patients appreciate being able to maintain their care regardless of their schedule or location.
Lifestyle & Support
50. How much time will this require from me each week?
Towards the beginning of working together, it might feel like more work than you imagined. But most things worth doing take time, effort and energy.
Within a few weeks, you will find that most lifestyle changes can be integrated into your existing routine. Initially, you might spend 30-60 minutes weekly on new protocols, meal prep, or educational materials. It is a matter of deciding that your health is worth it and being prepared to learn new information and skills.
The goal is sustainable integration, not overwhelming time commitments that you can’t maintain.
51. Do I need to change my entire diet right away?
Never. We make gradual, sustainable changes based on your current eating patterns and preferences. You’ll never be handed a restrictive diet that ignores your lifestyle.
Food changes are introduced strategically, with education and support to make them feel natural and enjoyable.
52. What if I can’t afford all the supplements you recommend?
We prioritize recommendations based on your budget and biggest opportunities for impact. I’d rather you implement three key supplements consistently than struggle with an expensive protocol you can’t maintain.
Many foundational improvements come from food and lifestyle changes, not supplements.
53. What if my family thinks this is unnecessary?
Family skepticism is common, especially when they don’t understand what you’re experiencing. I provide education and resources to help your loved ones understand your health journey.
Often, as family members see your transformation, they become your biggest supporters.
54. Do you have a community of other women going through this?
While I don’t currently offer group programs, many patients connect naturally through shared experiences. I’m exploring community options for future program enhancements.
The individual support you receive ensures your unique needs are always prioritized.
55. What if my partner doesn’t understand what I’m going through?
Midlife transitions can strain relationships when partners don’t understand the physical and emotional changes occurring. I provide resources to help educate partners about what you’re experiencing.
Many women find that feeling better themselves improves their relationships significantly.
Investment & Logistics
56. What is the investment for your programs?
The value of feeling like yourself again — having energy for your family, confidence in your mind, and trust in your body — is immeasurable.
My programs represent a significant investment in your long-term health and quality of life. The cost reflects the depth of care, advanced testing, ongoing support, and personalized attention you receive over 6-9 months.
During your Initial Strategy Call, we’ll discuss the specific investment and determine if this level of care aligns with your health goals and values.
🎥 Watch my video Your NEW Chapter Begins Here to understand the full scope of transformation possible, then book your strategy call to explore the details.
57. Do you accept insurance?
Like most functional medicine practices, I don’t work directly with insurance. However, many lab tests can be reimbursed, and I provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement when applicable.
This concierge model allows me to spend the time necessary for true transformation rather than being limited by insurance constraints.
58. Will my insurance company pay for these labs?
Excellent question. The answer is perhaps. I provide detailed rationale for all testing recommendations. Most functional medicine labs aren’t typically covered by insurance, but standard labs often are. Sometimes paying cash directly to the lab helps save on costs.
You’ll always know in advance which tests may or may not be covered, so there are no surprises.
Program Commitment & Continuity
59. What if I need longer than 6-9 months?
For graduates of my programs, I offer a Concierge Functional Medicine Program where we can continue to monitor your health quarterly going forward. Many women benefit from this extended support, especially those with complex health histories. We can discuss ongoing care options as you approach the end of your program.
The goal is always to give you the tools and knowledge to maintain your progress independently.
60. What happens after my program ends?
You’ll graduate with a comprehensive maintenance plan, including lab monitoring schedules, supplement protocols, and lifestyle strategies to maintain your progress.
Many women choose to enroll in the Concierge Functional Medicine Program.
61. Can I pause my program if life gets crazy?
Life happens, and I understand that. We can accommodate brief pauses for major life events, though consistency generally produces the best results.
We’ll work together to find solutions that honor both your health goals and life circumstances.
62. What is the Concierge Functional Medicine Program?
The Concierge Program is designed for women who’ve completed one of my foundational programs and want to maintain their progress with ongoing, proactive support.
How it works:
- Quarterly health reviews: We meet every three months to assess how you’re feeling, review any changes, and adjust protocols as needed
- Biannual lab monitoring: Comprehensive testing twice yearly to track biomarkers and catch any shifts before they become problems
- Concierge access: Direct messaging access for questions, concerns, or guidance as they arise — no waiting for appointments
Why continuity matters: Your health journey doesn’t end when your initial program does. Hormones fluctuate, life stresses change, and your needs evolve. Working with someone who knows your complete history, your unique responses, and your health goals means you never have to start over explaining your story to a new provider.
What this prevents:
- Regression back to old patterns
- Missing early warning signs of imbalance
- Having to re-establish care with unfamiliar providers
- Feeling abandoned after intensive transformation work
Who it’s perfect for: Women who want the peace of mind that comes with proactive monitoring and the convenience of having a trusted healthcare partner who knows their biology intimately.
Think of it as health insurance for your transformation — ensuring the progress you’ve made continues to serve you for years to come.
Getting Started
63. How do you work with each individual?
We begin with your story and comprehensive data collected through intakes, evaluations and labs — then build a structured, evidence-based plan that evolves as you do. Each woman receives a customized care map with medications (if needed), precision supplements, nutrition, hormones, mindset, and lifestyle steps — adjusted over time with close monitoring and guidance.
64. Can I be confident that you can really help me?
There are no guarantees in medicine (or life)!
But I have helped many women, my methods are proven — and because this work is my life’s calling. The women who go through my programs consistently experience measurable improvements in sleep, energy, mood, cognition, metabolism, and confidence.
We rebuild physiology and self-trust — at the same time.
65. How do I get started?
